Blueberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 punnets of blueberries

  • 1 tblsp of black chia seeds

  • 2 tbslp water


Instructions

  1. Wash berries

  2. Add all ingredients to a pan on low heat. Cook until blueberries soften a little, mash blueberries and let it barely simmer for about 3 min, or until chia seeds are hydrated.

  3. Take off heat and allow to cool.

Notes

  • Jam will last 1 week in the fridge

  • Freeze jam with banana pancakes for easy breakfast / snack
