Blueberry Jam

Ingredients
2 punnets of blueberries
1 tblsp of black chia seeds
2 tbslp water
Instructions
Wash berries
Add all ingredients to a pan on low heat. Cook until blueberries soften a little, mash blueberries and let it barely simmer for about 3 min, or until chia seeds are hydrated.
Take off heat and allow to cool.
Notes
Jam will last 1 week in the fridge
Freeze jam with banana pancakes for easy breakfast / snack
